1. Agreement
By using gulfinder.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. What we provide
Gulfinder provides business development reports and AI-assisted advisory conversations covering market analysis, feasibility assessment, supplier and distributor identification, product development, offer design, lead generation strategy, revenue modelling and MVP planning.
Reports are produced using artificial intelligence combined with live market research data and, where applicable, review by a human subject-matter expert.
3. What we do not provide
Gulfinder does not provide licensed professional advice.
Our reports are research and analysis intended to inform your decision-making. They are not:
- Legal advice
- Financial, investment or securities advice
- Tax or accounting advice
- Regulatory or compliance certification
- A guarantee of any business outcome
You should obtain independent professional advice before making any significant business or financial decision. All business decisions remain solely yours.
4. Accuracy and limitations
We use reputable data sources and apply professional analytical frameworks. However:
- Market data changes continuously; a report reflects conditions at the time of generation
- Projections are estimates based on stated assumptions, not predictions
- Third-party data may contain errors outside our control
- AI-generated analysis may contain inaccuracies
We do not warrant that any report is complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your report requests
- Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent Platform security
- Not use automated systems to access the Platform beyond normal use
- Not resell or redistribute reports without a written licence from us
- Keep your sign-in link confidential
6. Intellectual property
Ours: the Platform, its underlying systems, analytical frameworks, prompt architecture, templates, branding and all related intellectual property remain our exclusive property.
Yours: the business information you provide remains yours.
Your report: on full payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use your report for your own business purposes, including sharing it with your advisors, investors and lenders. You may not resell it, publish it commercially, or distribute it as a standalone product.
7. Payment
- Report prices are displayed before purchase and charged in USD
- Payment is processed by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider; we do not store card details
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
- You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers
8. Refunds
Because reports are custom-generated on demand and delivered immediately, all sales are final once a report has been generated.
If a report fails to deliver due to a technical fault on our side, or is materially defective — for example, addressing the wrong market or industry — contact us within 7 days at info@gulfinder.ai. We will regenerate the report at no cost or issue a full refund.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. We do not refund partial billing periods.
9. Expert consultations
Where a report includes a consultation link, the human expert is an independent contractor, not an employee of Gulfinder. Their opinions are their own. Gulfinder is not liable for advice given during an expert consultation.
10. Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend the Platform for maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities or business interruption
- We are not liable for decisions you make based on our reports
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, use the Platform unlawfully, or attempt to compromise its security. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.

2. ما نقدّمه
تقدّم جلفايندر تقارير تطوير أعمال ومحادثات استشارية مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، تغطي تحليل السوق ودراسات الجدوى وإيجاد الموردين والموزعين وتطوير المنتجات وبناء العروض واستراتيجيات جذب العملاء ونماذج الإيرادات وخطط الحد الأدنى من المنتج.
تُنتَج التقارير باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي مع بيانات بحث سوقي حي، ومراجعة خبير بشري متخصص عند الاقتضاء.
3. ما لا نقدّمه
جلفايندر لا تقدّم استشارات مهنية مرخّصة.
تقاريرنا بحث وتحليل تُستخدم لدعم قرارك، وهي ليست:
- استشارة قانونية
- استشارة مالية أو استثمارية أو متعلقة بالأوراق المالية
- استشارة ضريبية أو محاسبية
- شهادة امتثال تنظيمي
- ضماناً لأي نتيجة تجارية
يجب الحصول على استشارة مهنية مستقلة قبل اتخاذ أي قرار تجاري أو مالي جوهري. وتبقى كل القرارات التجارية قراراتك وحدك.
4. الدقة والحدود
نستخدم مصادر بيانات موثوقة ونطبّق أطراً تحليلية مهنية، ومع ذلك:
- بيانات السوق تتغيّر باستمرار، والتقرير يعكس الأوضاع وقت توليده
- التوقعات تقديرات مبنية على افتراضات معلنة، وليست تنبؤات
- بيانات الأطراف الثالثة قد تحتوي أخطاء خارج سيطرتنا
- التحليل المولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي قد يحتوي على أخطاء
لا نضمن أن أي تقرير كامل أو خالٍ من الأخطاء أو مناسب لغرض معيّن.
5. التزاماتك
توافق على:
- تقديم معلومات دقيقة في طلبات التقارير
- استخدام المنصة لأغراض تجارية مشروعة فقط
- عدم محاولة الهندسة العكسية أو كشط البيانات أو تجاوز حماية المنصة
- عدم استخدام أنظمة آلية للوصول للمنصة خارج الاستخدام الطبيعي
- عدم إعادة بيع التقارير أو توزيعها دون ترخيص كتابي منّا
- الحفاظ على سرية رابط الدخول الخاص بك
6. الملكية الفكرية
ملكنا: المنصة وأنظمتها الأساسية وأطرها التحليلية وبنية برومبتاتها وقوالبها وعلامتها التجارية وكل ما يتصل بها من ملكية فكرية تبقى ملكية حصرية لنا.
ملكك: المعلومات التجارية التي تقدّمها تبقى ملكك.
تقريرك: عند السداد الكامل تحصل على ترخيص دائم غير حصري لاستخدام تقريرك لأغراض عملك، بما في ذلك مشاركته مع مستشاريك ومستثمريك وممولّيك. ولا يجوز إعادة بيعه أو نشره تجارياً أو توزيعه كمنتج مستقل.
7. الدفع
- تُعرض أسعار التقارير قبل الشراء وتُحصَّل بالدولار الأمريكي
- المعالجة تتم عبر مزوّد دفع معتمد بمعيار PCI DSS من المستوى الأول، ولا نخزّن بيانات البطاقات
- الاشتراكات تتجدد تلقائياً حتى الإلغاء
- يمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت، ويسري في نهاية دورة الفوترة الحالية
- قد تتغيّر الأسعار بإشعار مدته 30 يوماً للمشتركين الحاليين
8. الاسترجاع
لأن التقارير تُولَّد خصيصاً عند الطلب وتُسلَّم فوراً، تُعدّ كل المبيعات نهائية بعد توليد التقرير.
وإذا لم يصل التقرير بسبب خلل تقني من جهتنا، أو كان معيباً جوهرياً — كأن يعالج سوقاً أو قطاعاً خاطئاً — تواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام على info@gulfinder.ai ونعيد توليد التقرير مجاناً أو نسترجع المبلغ كاملاً.
الاشتراكات يمكن إلغاؤها في أي وقت، ولا نسترجع أجزاء دورات الفوترة.
9. استشارات الخبراء
حين يتضمن التقرير رابط استشارة، يكون الخبير البشري متعاقداً مستقلاً وليس موظفاً لدى جلفايندر. وآراؤه تخصّه وحده، وجلفايندر غير مسؤولة عن الاستشارة المقدّمة خلالها.
10. الإتاحة
نسعى لإتاحة مستمرة لكننا لا نضمن خدمة بلا انقطاع. وقد نوقف المنصة لأغراض الصيانة، وقد نعدّل أو نوقف خصائص بإشعار معقول.
11. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون:
- إجمالي مسؤوليتنا عن أي مطالبة محدود بالمبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال 12 شهراً السابقة للمطالبة
- لسنا مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو خاصة
- لسنا مسؤولين عن أرباح فائتة أو إيرادات فائتة أو فرص تجارية ضائعة أو تعطّل الأعمال
- لسنا مسؤولين عن القرارات التي تتخذها بناءً على تقاريرنا
ولا يستثني أي بند من هذه الشروط مسؤولية لا يجوز استثناؤها بموجب القانون الواجب التطبيق.
12. الإيقاف والإنهاء
يجوز لنا إيقاف أو إنهاء وصولك في حال مخالفتك لهذه الشروط، أو استخدام المنصة بشكل غير مشروع، أو محاولة المساس بأمانها. ويمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا.
13. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتختص محاكم الشارقة حصرياً بنظر المنازعات.
14. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. والتغييرات الجوهرية تُبلَّغ بالبريد الإلكتروني للمستخدمين المسجّلين قبل 14 يوماً على الأقل من سريانها.
